How fast will I get a reply?
Usually within one business day — often faster. You always get a personal reply, never an automated one.
Which files do you need for printing?
JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF — ideally in good resolution. We check every design before printing and tell you honestly whether the quality is sufficient, or how we can improve it together.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is 3.90 € per order — free from an order value of 30 €. You'll always see the shipping cost before you pay.
How does payment work?
Pay for stickers and magnets securely through Stripe. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. For custom projects we agree on payment personally, for example by bank transfer.
Can I buy stickers and magnets directly?
Yes — choose your quantity in the shop, upload your artwork and pay at checkout. Acrylic displays and other custom projects are available on request so we can agree on the details first.
Do you do websites and print together?
Yes — that's our specialty. Web presence, social media, SEO and matching tangible advertising come from one source, and that's why they fit together.
Can I change my design afterwards?
Anytime until print approval. We only print once you've given your design the final okay.
